Strength training is more complicated than lifting weights up and down. Learning proper form and technique is important to prevent injury. Injuries in the gym are so often caused by improper form. Unless you have the education and proper training it is important to incorporate a personal trainer. As a professional in the field I will help you learn how to exercise properly and progress safely. I will help you get stronger and learn how to exercise on your own. I will help you achieve your goals faster by pushing you harder and keeping you accountable.

ARE INJURIES AN ISSUE?

I am trained and have years of experience working with injuries. I worked as an athletic therapist for the Varsity Football and Volleyball teams. In this time I learned a significant amount on injury rehab and management. If there is ever an exercise that you cannot do I have an alternative exercise. I will help you work around your injuries and use targeted exercises to help you heal and rehabilitate. I will help you get stronger, healthier, and make everyday activities easier.

In-home Training:

$90/hour + applicable taxes

Personal Training at The Athlete Matrix*

$75/hour + applicable taxes

Online Training:

$250/month + applicable taxes

Team Training @ The Athlete Matrix*

*Price dependent on team and number of athletes

*The Athlete Matrix is located at 3350 Wolfedale Road, in Mississauga Ontario and no membership is required for training.
