The reason I started personal training with Victoria was to lose weight but it has become so much more than that. Victoria has not only helped me lose 40lbs and get my health back on track but has taught me an entirely new way to eat and live my life. She truly cares about each and every one of her clients and is a constant source of knowledge and support whether it be to lose weight, get in better shape or assist in recovering from an injury. Her vast knowledge in kinesiology, exercise physiology and exercise science for health and performance have been valuable to me on more than one occasion when suffering from unexpected health issues and injuries. Victoria never let me give up and her enthusiasm for living a healthy life is contagious!
